Jelly Apricot mix

If you like apricot, Diva’s Apricot jelly is in a way the fruit

itself transformed into a cold jello form to be indulged by

apricot lovers.


Can be used with: Topping cream. Custard.


Preparation Method

Add Diva Jelly to 2 – 2.5 cups of warm water (500ml) in a bowl.
Place the bowl on fire and stir the mix properly until it completely dissolves.
Let the mix cool down for thirty minutes.
Pour the mix into the moulds and put in fridge for 2 to 3 hours (until jelly takes form) then serve.
