Topping Cream

Diva’s topping cream is icy white and rich in texture after a

short whipping time. It yields a very high volume and can

be used with almost all our pastry products for a more

delicious taste or simply for decoration.

 

Can be used with: Cakes, jellies, ice creams, cocoa, fruits.

 

Preparation Method

Add diva topping cream to ½ cup (100ml) of cold water or milk in a deep bowl.
Whip with an electric mixer at high speed for approximately 3 minutes.
